Hi, I am Glenn and Gail Giaimo’s daughter, and I am in 9^th grade. I recently won an award for a history exhibit I created for a local National History Day (NHD) contest. I now have the chance to compete in our state competition near Sacramento, in Rocklin, California, on May 6^th and 7^th. I am trying to raise $500 so that my parents and I can go to this History Day contest.

After losing History Day contests in my elementary school for the last two years, I am so excited that I FINALLY actually won in my local competition this March. The NHD theme this year is Exploration, Encounter, and Exchange, and my topic for this competition is Exploring Impressionism in America. I worked persistently for over 100 hours on my exhibit and my parents and teachers are very proud of me.

I talked it over with my parents, and they agreed to offer a raffle for some really amazing Dresden Star Ornaments to help fund my trip.

Here’s how the raffle will work:

Your tickets will allow you to win the following 3 ornaments ($400 VALUE!).

Each raffle ticket costs $5. You will receive an e-mail copy of your raffle ticket (s).

 You can buy as many raffle tickets as you want, but hurry, the raffle closes when 100 tickets are sold and I reach my goal of $500. 

Then, on Saturday, April 30^TH, at 12:00 PM PSD, I will mix up all the tickets into a bowl and will pick the winning ticket. We will contact you via E-mail if you win!
