SPECIAL FEATURES

Dennis requested an ornament similar to a patriotic themed cotton boat that he saw in our Sold Ornaments Gallery. I selected a beautifully rendered antique scrap sailor boy and girl with red ribbons and embellished them with additional touches of red-white-and-blue. I made the boat with two pieces of antique cotton batting over cardboard, used our finest antique metallic silver lace along with beautiful patriotic vintage Dresden paper trims, fabrics, and a gorgeous antique Dresden paper anchor. A beautifully aged antique linen flag adds even more character.
